City Elections are held every year. The Mayor is elected from the City at large for a two year term. Council Members are elected for a term of two years from their respective wards and serve staggered terms with an election of one position in each ward yearly. There is no limit on the number of terms that may be served.
The Larned City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 1st Monday of each month and may call special meetings if needed.
All citizens are encouraged to attend these meetings which are held at the City Offices, 417 Broadway.
